DCa have achieved a milestone planning consent for Milton Keynes Council to develop and manage their next generation of affordable housing.

The scheme is a result of extensive consultation and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve a development which responds to its context and provides the framework for the evolution of a sustainable, inclusive community.

Situated on the former Cripps Lodge site in Netherfield, Milton Keynes, the development includes 24 apartments and 42 houses, including a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom accessible bungalows, 3,4 and 5 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
