We are delighted to have worked with our client, High Street Homes Ltd, to secure approval for the demolition of the Greenacre School site and the building of nine new 4 and 5 bed family homes. The site was formerly known as St Andrews School on Pemberley Avenue, Bedford.

In addition, at the former Rushmoor School site on Shakespeare Road, Bedford, approval has been granted for the erection of eight 1 bed apartments as supported housing units, which will help meet Bedford Borough Council's housing needs.
