Savills take Stowe-ck of Inventive Advertising

Posted on 02/02/2018

Today, a new owner has moved into a £1.5 million house designed by DCa back in 2006.

Our client, recognising the potential of the home’s location in close proximity to Silverstone, advertised the home for sale by mowing the words into his well-kept lawn.

Boasting three bathrooms, two reception rooms, a second-floor games room and a tiny-bit spacious triple garage, we clearly had F1 Champions of the future in mind when designing this property.

Complete with its own bridged pond, two acres of striding and lawn-mowing space, and a Finnish hut showcasing Scandinavian traits at their UK finest – in the way of a fire pit and steamy hot tub – St Briavels is a catch for many, especially those with long legs and aching limbs.

In the six months since the words were ceremoniously etched into the lawn of the stunning property, we are pleased to announce the new owner acquires the lawn (and the property) in tip-top shape, as was so carefully prepared by us and our team… and ‘meticulously’ kept by our client.

We wish the new owner all the best in their new home, and very much look forward to seeing their own advertising originalities, should they come to sell the property in the future.
