David Coles welcomed guests at a fringe event to the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Brighton. The event, hosted by DCa and V E Parrott, included many representatives from registered provider organisations.

David advised the gathering that, with the provision of housing being at the top of the political and social agenda, just two months from the election, we all have a mission to deliver more and better affordable homes.

DCa are already highly regarded as architects, delivering high quality designs in the affordable homes market. David noted that the collaboration with V E Parrott and the adoption of BIM are fundamental facets of the DCa collaborative approach, which is helping to speed up delivery and improve quality in every way.

The gathering closed with a renewed sense of purpose and a real sense of the importance of the role that each person is playing to achieve continually improving standards in the provision of homes, for all sectors of society. We look forward to delivering more high quality sustainable homes and adding value to all our projects.
