We are very proud to have two winning projects and one finalist at this year’s Central Local Authority Building Control Awards.  The black tie event was held at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel at Stadium MK on Friday, 22 April 2016 and showcased some fantastic projects in the central region.

The Gables in Biddenham scooped ‘Best extension or alteration to an existing home’; The Granary Barn in Weston Underwood won ‘Best change of use of an existing building or conversion’ and Biggleswade Road in Upper Caldecote won second place in the Best social or affordable new housing development category.

The two winning projects will now go forward to the national awards in London later this year.
